This phase of Designing Choice translates research into a spatial proposition. The project reimagines the Lekki–Ikoyi corridor not as a fixed piece of infrastructure, but as a decision-making environment, one where congestion is produced by delayed choice and ambiguous flow.

The proposal redesigns the roundabout entry condition to shift agency upstream. Through spiral geometry, raised lane dividers, and marking-led guidance, the intervention removes indecision before it accumulates, restructuring movement without expanding the road network or relying on behavioral compliance.

Developed through Rhino modeling and visualised in Twinmotion, the project demonstrates how minimal, targeted interventions can recalibrate high-pressure urban systems. The result is an infrastructure that does not ask drivers to behave differently, but instead makes certain choices impossible.
